How It Works

Ready to return or borrow your first puzzle? Below is a step by step process to guide you through unpacking your puzzles and packing your return.

	Unpack your puzzles. Each puzzle comes in a calico bag with an A4 laminated image.
	Enjoy your puzzles! We recommend finding a safe place to store your puzzles away from food and pets.
	Find a safe place to store your puzzle packaging. Keep the box, box sticker and Australia Post return label in a safe place, we recommend keeping them inside the mailing box in a safe place. Take note of the postage return date written on the return sticker.
	When you're ready to return your puzzles use the original mailing box and place the laminated image cards at the bottom of the box.
	Place the fabric puzzle bags on top. You can place the puzzles inside the paper/twine wrapping they arrived in or place them inside as shown.
	Close the box using the included closure sticker (we’ve also included paper tape in case the sides need taping or just ask AusPost to add extra tape if needed).
	Remove the backing and firmly press the shipping sticker over the original postage label, the original sticker should be completely covered.
	Drop the prepared box off at any Australia Post outlet during business hours.
	Rent your next set of puzzles when you're ready! If you prefer to never be without a puzzle, feel welcome to pop in your next order before you post your current order back.
