Because great puzzles deserve more than one life!

Finished with a puzzle you bought from our shop? Instead of listing it online and waiting for a buyer, send us an email for a buyback offer and we'll give you store credit to put toward your next puzzle.

Your puzzle will get a second life and will be contributing to a more sustainable future and circular economy.

Items must be:

  • purchased from us here at puzzelly.au
  • in good, used condition
  • complete with all pieces
  • clean and in its original condition (no repairs)

How it works

1. Email us the details

Send an email to helen@puzzelly.au and let us know:

  • the puzzle brand.
  • the name of the puzzle.
  • include a photo of the box and pieces so we can see the condition.
  • confirm the puzzle is complete with no missing pieces.
  • let us know if the pick up address is different from your original order so we can include shipping costs.

2. Receive your buyback offer

We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a buyback offer.

3. Send it back to us

Reply to our email and accept the offer. We'll provide instructions on how to send your puzzle back to us.

Once received and checked, your store credit will be added to your account to use on your next rental or purchase.

4. Your puzzle finds a new home

Your puzzle will either join our preloved sale section or our rental library to be enjoyed by our renters over and over again - no landfill, no clutter, just good puzzles doing what they do best!

Why use buyback instead of selling online or on marketplace?

No listing fees, no waiting for buyers, no awkward negotiations. Just a simple email, an offer within 24 hours, and store credit for your next puzzle.

How much money do you offer for puzzles?

The exact amount varies based on puzzle condition and other factors but the offer is usually between 30-40% of the original RRP.

Do I need to have the original box?

No need to have the original box but if you're concerned about wear and tear, we're not precious about it!

If you don't have the original box or it has been damaged your puzzle may be better suited to our rental collection, including this information helps us put together your price estimate.

Do I have to pay for postage?

If you would like to organise your own postage to maximise your offer you are more than welcome or we'll work with you on the cheapest way to collect which may include:

  • posting it back to us in your next rental box
  • sending you a postage label for a courier pick up
What if my puzzle is missing pieces?

Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to accept puzzles with missing pieces but keep an eye on our FAQ as this might change as we grow.
