Puzzle Rentals
When you purchase one of our puzzle rentals you will pay for the rental pack including delivery and will need to post the item at an Australia Post outlet by the due date. 

When purchasing a puzzle rental you are agreeing to return the puzzle in the same condition it was received (we allow for reasonable wear and tear).

If we do not receive tracking information by the due date you will be contacted with a reminder that your puzzles are due to be returned. 

If we are unable to make contact with you by phone or email after 60 days from your due date and the puzzles haven't been returned, you will receive an invoice for the value of the puzzles plus packaging and you will become the purchaser. If you are a subscriber your subscription will continue until the full amount has been paid. If you purchased a one time rental the amount will be due on receipt of the invoice.

In cases of non return you won't be eligible to rent again until you have been in touch, any outstanding invoices have been paid and we have assurance that future puzzles will be returned.
