All puzzles in our rental collection are clean and complete with all of their pieces but the condition does change over time with repeat puzzling.

Brand new, you will be the first to put this puzzle together!

Excellent
Looks 'as new' and has no signs of wear and tear.

Great
The puzzle might have some small marks at the edges of the pieces from repeat puzzling.

Good
The puzzle is still in good condition but might have had some small repairs.
